Hi I’m Viktoria Jones

For a long time I was a people pleaser, I deeply believed that it was my responsibility to put other people's needs before my own. This lead to years of struggling with emotional eating, a sugar addiction and a the constant battle with food and body image. I finally found the secret to breaking down my limiting beliefs and addressing the root problem. I now help women discover how to take control and develop a healthy relationship with themselves and food.
