I’m Viktoria - a Holistic Nutritional Therapist & Founder of the Emotional Eating Academy

(and your guide into the world of sustainable, long-term weight loss!)

I’ve been EXACTLY where you are right now…

Which is why I’m so passionate about helping women like you (and me!) break out of the dieting cycle for good.

Did you know that I actually started my first diet when I was only 14 years old?

(Crazy, right?)

Truth is…

I was not always at peace with my body.

In fact, for the longest time, I struggled with body image and self-sabotaging eating patterns.

I would try a new diet, convinced it would finally give me the results I wanted…

Only to “fall off the wagon” as soon as I would have a bad day.

Eventually, I convinced myself that there was something wrong with me.

The first time I realized I was bigger than other girls, I was in middle school.

I remember wearing a pair of purple shorts to gym class, sitting down next to my classmates, and noticing my legs were way thicker than theirs.

I looked down at my thighs “spilling out” of my shorts and at that moment realizing my body was not like my peers.

I also had a stomach roll that my best friend - a super athletic soccer player - just didn’t seem to have - Ever.

I remember thinking: “There must be something wrong with my body because it’s different.”

So at the grand old age of 14, I hopped on the diet bandwagon…

It didn’t go well.

I spent most of my early 20s obsessing over every single thing I ate -

and every single pound I gained (or lost).

Eventually, I realized that the endless cycle of restricting and bingeing had to stop...

So I threw myself into research, determined to learn everything I could about weight loss and healthy living.

I went on to earn my CSNN Diploma of Natural Nutrition with honors from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, as well as a Sports & Exercise Coach certification from Precision Nutrition and a Culinary Nutrition Expert certification from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition.

The more I learned, the more things started to fall into place.

I was no longer obsessing about every single thing I put in my mouth, or how many calories I burned off at the gym...

But the extra pounds I had been carrying around my whole life were suddenly nowhere to be found

I was the happiest I’ve ever been!

…and today?

Today, I help women just like you find food freedom in the Emotional Eating Academy, as well as address specific weight loss concerns through my signature holistic weight loss & lifestyle programs: “Lose It In 6” & “Transform In 12”

Working with Viktoria changed my life.

Time I wake up?

5:00am. I’m an early bird all the way!

…but i’ll let you in on a little secret (I used to be a total night owl!)

“I’m not a morning person” was a phrase I told myself for YEARS. Having an accountability partner & routine allowed me to change those subconscious behaviours and beliefs.

Favorite food?

Chocolate EVERYTHING. If you check out my blog, you will quickly see that most of my dessert recipes are chocolate-based.

Biggest fear?

Not living my life to the fullest. Also Heights…(even though I’ve been sky diving, I still feel sick to my stomach looking over the edge of tall buildings.

Favorite job (besides this one)?

Working at a fast-food chain called Taco Time.

It taught me some really important life skills… Like work ethic, customer service, and, of course, making a mean taco.

First car?

A brown 1988 Buick Regal. 

It was a hand-me-down (and probably the oldest car in my high school parking lot) - but she got me from point A to point B, and for that, I’m eternally grateful.

Something you would not have guessed about me...

I’ve moved 31 times in my life.

Woah right!? I’ve lived in 5 countries, 3 provinces, 10 cities & 3 small towns!
